  Got in with this Dr. Amory quickly for a painful knee injury. He said it was classic meniscus tear symptoms and wanted an MRI. That was Monday. When I left the scheduler up front said I would get a call to schedule. No call Monday, no call Tuesday morning, so I take it upon myself to call and schedule. They say they don't have a referral from the Dr. And are waiting for his "dictation" to schedule. They say they will get ahold of his nurse and she will call me with an update. Don't hear back from them and they are about to close on Tuesday. I call back... Still no notes done from the Dr. Amory. Wednesday morning I call back as no one has called and I am at home with a swollen knee taking work off. They have made no calls to schedule me and no update if the Dr. did his "notes". This is pretty ridiculous to me as I work at a medical office and we don't even leave for the day without finishing clinical notes for the patients. Can he really even remember what he saw me for and which knee it was if he writes the notes three days later as they are still not done today?! Seems to me this Dr. Amory and office don't care about their patients or even if they have to stay home from work waiting to get things moving. Pretty disappointed and will be getting imaging done with them only for insurance purposes then I'm going somewhere else with them. Will not see this Dr. again.
