  Dr. Reisman didn't look at my medical history nor my family's, spent less than 5 minutes examining my ears, told me he didn't know why I was experiencing pain (alluding to the conclusion I was imagining this problem), then walked me to the front desk to pay his fee. I've never had a doctor who couldn't tell me why I was in pain for over 2 years AND not try to find out more about the problem. What made it the worse, is that it didn't seem he even care about the pain I was in and was very condescending about it. I saw another ENT specialist at Loma Linda (a bit far but worth it), and she was able to diagnose the problem, explain the details of what was happening to cause pain, and prescribe a treatment plan ~ I'm livid with Dr. Reisman for his professional negligence.

  Terrible, most pointless doctors visit of my life, Dr. Reisman was rude, unhelpful, and didn't seem to care even a little about my situation. I filled out all the paperwork and medical questionnaire talking about my problem and he obviously didn't even take a look and then got frustrated with me when I didnt mention something he didn't even ask me, but had described on my paperwork. Also I didn't get seen until an hour after my appointment time for which I was 20 min early to fill out paperwork. He was quick to get me to the counter to pay, and didn't say another word or offer to help me in any way with my ongoing ear and sinus issues. I don't know how to do zero stars on the review.
