- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am awaiting extremely past due payment for my services on owner Steve Gallegos home in Oceanside. I haven't received anything aside from an unprofessional amount as a trap trying to conclude our business transaction. And that was after stopping payment on the original check without notice.That cost me a charge from my bank , and daily wages lost trying to deal with this situation. And still no acceptable payment. And this is from the owner of a company that sells construction estimating software.
